His education background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and a recent Executive Masters degree in Business Administration. He holds the I.S.P. (Information Systems Professional) designation from the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS).

He has been a consultant and a manager in the IT industry. His technical knowledge is both current and extensive. He is experienced and skilled in the fine art of technical recruitment, and is able to deal with all parties, both technical and managerial, on a peer basis. He remains active as a professional in the IT industry, consulting on IT-related matters for several clients in the fields of biotechnology and human resources. In his spare time he volunteers as the Director of Finance for the Vancouver NT Users Group.

Jerry Flynn, Senior Associate. Jerry's executive recruitment experience dates back to 1978. Since this time, he has completed many hundreds of senior level searches, internationally as well as domestically, in every major industry, involving most professional functions ranging from senior project manager to CEO. Prior to his successful career in executive search, Jerry spent fifteen years in a large public service organization, rising to positions in senior management including Vice-President, Administration and Vice-President, Operations.
